That whatever the mind can conceive and believe the mind can achieve regardless of how many times you may have failed in the past or lofty your aims and hopes may be.
Let me call your attention to a great power that is under your control it is a power that is greater than poverty/ greater than the lack of education/greater than all of your fears and superstitions combined. It is the power to take control of your own mind and to direct it towards whatever ends you may desire.
This law allows us to choose our own purpose in life and attain it.

Diane. I completely agree with you that we all have the power to control our mind and direct our energy to what we want to experience in our lives. And through this we can enjoy more riches in whatever form we allow.
So I’m questioning the first line in your prayer, “Oh Divine Presence I ask not for more riches…”
I don’t see anything wrong with asking for more riches. (Of course, this is my interpretation of what that first line is implying.) Why can’t we ask for both – riches and wisdom?
